    Let’s be honest. The holidays aren’t always the most wonderful time of the year.

    With all the holiday cooking, cleaning, traveling, wrapping, late nights and early mornings, the season can get exhausting. So take time for yourself.

    When and if you don’t, your mental and physical health can take a dangerous turn. Two things might happen that can damage both mental and physical health: stress and depression.

    Traci Pirri, a mental health therapist and adoption coach, sat down with us to discuss how to minimize stress this time of year and what to look out for if you or someone you know might have seasonal depression.
